Hop BroRoughly speaking, it’s a bright, light, and brisk lager. It’s not too heavy in appearance or flavor, so it’s perfect as a first beer.
MugiGot it! Then I want to go for something richer next, like DINOSAUR ZOO. Even the name sounds strong!
Hop BroThat’s the right call. It’s a Double IPA, so it’s rich and hoppy. There’s also a Sour IPA like 7th REVOLUTION, which makes the way the sourness and hops come at you really fun.
MugiWait, it’s sour but still an IPA!? Sour IPA really does not fit in my head, but it’s interesting!

Inside the taproom, there is a broad selection ranging from easy-drinking staples such as NOMCRAFT LAGER (Helles Lager), NOMCRAFT IPA (American IPA), and JUSO XPA (XPA) to IPA styles with a firmer bitterness.
The day’s tap list features 15 beers in total. In addition to house-brewed beers such as KNIGHT FISHERMAN (Dip Hop IPA), SLICE OF LIFE (American Pale Ale), HABANO NOIR (Imperial Brown Ale), DINOSAUR ZOO (Double IPA), and 7th REVOLUTION (Sour IPA), the collaboration lineup is also strong. WINE NOT? is a co-creation with CHORYO Craft Beer (Nara), TIKI TIKI BOOM with Repubrew (Shizuoka), FREE BIRD with White Crow (Korea), and WHOLE NEW WORLD with MAHOWBREW (Okinawa). In addition, ANONYMOUS BREWHOLIC Re:VOLUTION #003 is with Derailleur Brew Works (Osaka), and Into the Nocturnal Ritual of Shamanic Embers is with MAHOWBREW (Okinawa), bringing together labels with very different personalities.
Also planned for Saturday, 6/27, is the third taco pop-up, "NOM to TACOS Vol. 3." This time, the event will pair with beef tacos, and the appearance of a collaboration beer has also been teased. It is a spot well suited to a day in the Juso Station area when you want to compare limited beers alongside a reliable house pour.
