At In a daze Brewing & Taproom in Nishiminowa, Ina City, Nagano Prefecture, the brewery announced its tap list for the day on Instagram and will be open on Sunday, April 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The lineup consists of seven beers: `Gonbee IPA`, `Sanshu IPA`, `Ina Biyori Pale Ale`, `Coconut Anpan Stout`, `HAZY DAZE Sakura`, `HAZY DAZE POWDER DAY`, and `Kurashi Session Ale`. The selection ranges from classic IPAs to seasonal beers with cherry blossom and lemon, as well as a dessert-like stout.

`Gonbee IPA` is introduced as an American IPA made with local rice, while `Sanshu IPA` is presented as an American IPA made with salt, giving the lineup a character that reflects the area's ingredients and history. `Ina Biyori Pale Ale` is a Strong Bitter, and `Kurashi Session Ale` is a Session Ale made with Meyer lemon. `HAZY DAZE POWDER DAY` is a Hazy Session IPA, making it easy to enjoy for those seeking a lighter beer. In addition, `HAZY DAZE Sakura` is a Dessert IPA made with Takato cherry blossoms, and `Coconut Anpan Stout` is a stout themed around coconut anpan, offering beers with clear ingredient stories.

In a daze Brewing & Taproom is a restaurant and shop attached to the brewery. Draft beer is served in both glass and pint sizes, and along with craft beer, guests can enjoy handmade pizza, grilled sausages, chicken nachos, and seasonal salads. Up to eight taps are available inside, and canned and bottled beer can also be purchased.
