April 16 Service Notice


In a daze Brewing & Taproom (8004-1 Nishiminowa, Ina City, Nagano Prefecture) announced on Instagram that it will be open on Thursday, April 16 from 11:30 to 17:00. As a taproom attached to the brewery, one of the appeals of the place is being able to drink freshly brewed craft beer on site.

Current Tap Lineup


On the official taproom page's "Now On Tap" section, the following draft beers are listed. Each one has a distinct character, making it easy to put together a tasting flight.

Highlights for Beer Fans


The taproom, which can have up to eight taps on display, is also well suited to tasting small pours in glasses of different sizes. Food includes handmade pizza, plates, and doughnuts, making it easy to use for daytime drinking or a light meal. Coffee and soft drinks are also available, so it works well even when companions have different tastes.

Best Way to Drink It


If you want to follow the hop character, a comparison of Gonbei IPA and Sanshu IPA is a fun choice. For something lighter, HAZY DAZE | POWDER DAY and Kurashi Session Ale are good picks, while Mori no Za and Coconut Anpan Stout are better if you want to take your time with aroma and aftertaste. True to an Ina brewpub, the lineup also includes beers named after local places, making it memorable as a drink on the road.
