Daikanyama craft beer pub Bibibi. will participate in the Daikanyama Soryo Festival’s market at Daikanyama T-SITE on Saturday, September 19, and Sunday, September 20, 2026. The booth is scheduled to operate from 11:00 to 18:00 on both days.
The highlight is DAIKANYAMA SORYO BEER, an original beer created through a collaboration between the Daikanyama shopping district, Bibibi., and chocolate shop LA BASE de Chez Lui. Brewed by Kagiya Brewery in Kawasaki, the wheat beer uses upcycled cacao husks from chocolate production. It combines a subtle cacao aroma with a refreshing finish, expressing the connections among local businesses in Daikanyama.
Bibibi.’s own beer, Bibibibraphone, will also be available. Brewed by Butterfly Brewery in Kasugai, Aichi, this lemon gose offers bright citrus acidity and a light, refreshing drinkability. Both beers reflect Bibibi.’s focus on bringing drinkers closer to brewers, ingredients, and the stories behind each beer.
The Daikanyama Soryo Festival features food, workshops, and hands-on activities rooted in the neighborhood. Bibibi.’s Daikanyama pub will also remain open as usual, making it possible to enjoy beer at the festival during the day and explore the pub’s taps later in the evening.
