Event Overview

Golden Garden, a beer pub in Hiroshima’s Shintenchi district, is continuing its Black Tide Brewing tap takeover from Kesennuma, Miyagi. In the Instagram post, the bar says the promotion is on again today. Over the two-day event, it will sell a punch card for 8 pours at JPY 9,600. The post also warns that some older punch cards may not be valid depending on the ticket type.

Beers Mentioned

The clearest named beer in the post is HIROSHIMA NEIGHBORLY BREWING’s barrel-aged bottle release, `Rinkiouhen ~ BARREL AGED WHEAT WINE ~`, which has been restocked. That gives guests a chance to pair a local Hiroshima beer with the guest taps from Black Tide Brewing in the same venue.

Food and Drinking Notes

Food options include an event-only snack platter and a pork and mushroom curry. Golden Garden also runs happy hour every day until 7 p.m., when house-made HIROSHIMA NEIGHBORLY BREWING draft beer is offered at a better price. The setup makes the bar useful both for a focused brewery visit and for a more casual stop with food.

About Golden Garden

Golden Garden is one of Hiroshima’s go-to spots for craft beer, with the appeal of a beer pub that can balance guest-brewery events and its own in-house brewing. This Black Tide Brewing takeover brings a Kesennuma brewery to a Hiroshima room that already knows how to make a beer night feel local and current.
