Three new early-summer batches from Yorocco Beer have lined up at the Togoshi Ginza beer pub “drifter’s stand.”

This time’s lineup is Swallow's Humming (Golden Ale), YEXIT (West Coast IPA), and Hometown Stout (Dry Stout). In the post, they’re introduced as three beers with a wide range, from a light, easy-drinking profile to a fuller stout.

- Swallow's Humming (Golden Ale)
A refreshing golden ale suited to the weather from spring into early summer, made with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Spalter. As the name suggests, it’s an easy beer to start with lightly.

- YEXIT (West Coast IPA)
A West Coast IPA built around Amarillo, paired with Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin. It has a crisp bitterness and hop-driven aroma, making it a good fit for anyone looking for an IPA with clear definition.

- Hometown Stout (Dry Stout)
A stout that’s popular at Yorocco Beer’s taproom and was reportedly reordered. It has roasted character without becoming too heavy, making it easy to imagine a calm, coffee-like drinking profile.

drifter’s stand is a beer pub in Togoshi Ginza. In addition to a lineup that makes it easy to start with a casual first pint, its strength is offering beers that pair well with food. These three beers are also set up to work as “everyday beers” that you can enjoy on their own or drink through alongside a meal.

It’s a pleasure to be able to drink seasonal new batches from a Kamakura brewery right in Tokyo’s Togoshi Ginza. From a light golden ale to a hop-forward IPA and a dry stout that also suits the final drink of the night, this is a lineup you’ll want to choose from depending on your mood.
