The Collaboration Booth Appears in Hakata

In the list of booths for "Setouchi no Utage WITH CRAFT BEER," the name Egret Brewery × Raison d'etre has been posted. The venue is the plaza in front of JR Hakata Station, and the event will run for four days, from June 4 to June 7, 2026. Admission is free, and it is being presented as an event bringing together craft beer and gourmet offerings from the Setouchi area.

Egret Brewery is a craft beer brewery in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. According to its official website, it is a brewery that draws on the experience of bartending and brewing to create beers suited to the drinking occasion. It was founded in July 2022 as Himeji City's first craft beer brewery, and it has been sharing beer from the city with Himeji Castle.

Raison d'etre, on the other hand, is a lemon cake specialty shop headquartered in Himeji. Official information describes its signature product as a moist lemon cake made with plenty of Setouchi-grown lemons, and also suggests enjoying it chilled. The combination of brands centered on lemon stands out for its strong fit even within a craft beer event.

At this collaboration booth, visitors can expect a setup where Egret Brewery's beers and Raison d'etre's lemon-cake-inspired world can be enjoyed together. Brought from Himeji to Hakata, this booth conveys the texture of Setouchi ingredients and the event's emphasis on pairing food and alcohol. For craft beer fans, it looks like a booth where they can enjoy not only the beer itself, but also how it pairs with citrus and baked sweets.
