Five tap openings were announced from YELLOW APE CRAFT, the beer pub in Imahashi, Osaka. The post begins, "Hello, this is Go," and alongside the notice about business during the period leading up to Golden Week, it introduces the day’s tap list.

The five beers tapped that day were Yebisu, Amakusa Shiranui Weizen / Mojiko Beer, Mikan Gose / Open Air, Tege Lemoful / YELLOW APE CRAFT x Miyazaki Hideji Beer, and Magic Flavor / Our Brewing. The lineup features styles like Weizen and Gose, which are easy to enjoy for their aroma, acidity, and light drinking character, making it a selection well suited to the rising temperatures of the season.

In particular, Amakusa Shiranui Weizen is expected to offer the soft mouthfeel typical of wheat-based beers, while Mikan Gose is a pour that draws attention for its balance of citrus notes, saltiness, and acidity. Tege Lemoful is a collaboration between YELLOW APE CRAFT and Miyazaki Hideji Beer, giving it a special limited feel unique to the shop. Magic Flavor, from Our Brewing, also seems likely to serve as a solid anchor for side-by-side tastings.

YELLOW APE CRAFT is a beer pub located in Imahashi, in Osaka’s Kitahama area. Centered around taps, its appeal lies in an atmosphere where you can drop in casually and enjoy your first drink right away. The post also says the shop is open until midnight, making it easy to stop by for a drink after work.

It was also announced that during Golden Week, the shop will operate as usual with regular Monday and Sunday closures, and that it will set up at the Craft Beer Live event on May 23 and 24. With both in-store tap checks and event appearances, it will be worth keeping an eye on what comes next.
