Yo-Ho Brewing, headquartered in Karuizawa Town, Nagano Prefecture and producing craft beer from its Saku Brewery base, has opened a new flagship store in Tokyo's Shinagawa, YONA YONA TOKYO BREWERY. The opening date was March 30, 2026. This is a new location for YONA YONA BEER WORKS, developed in collaboration with Wonder Table, and it is the first time the store has included an on-site brewery.

What sets this facility apart is that it is more than just a restaurant. Located directly connected to the station, a five-minute walk from Shinagawa Station's Konan Exit, it has about 200 seats and more than 30 taps. In addition to original beers brewed on site, it also offers food designed with pairings in mind, making it suitable for a wide range of occasions, from an after-work drink to a full meal.

At the opening, the lineup included the flagship beer Gate One, Sakura Knot with a cherry blossom theme, and Fruit Quartet Hazy, which uses fruit and vanilla, among other beers with distinct personalities. Spring limited-edition beers will also appear shortly after opening, and brewery tours are scheduled for April 26, May 10, and May 24. Reservations will be accepted starting April 6.

One of the major attractions of this new store is that visitors can experience Yo-Ho Brewing's craftsmanship, developed in Saku, at Shinagawa, the gateway to Tokyo. By opening not only the aroma and flavor of craft beer but the brewing process itself to the city, the facility more vividly conveys the company's long-held commitment to spreading craft beer culture.
