The focus for the day is the original lineup, which really shows the shop's character. Beers such as "leaf," made with sage and lemongrass, "LAVENDER & CHAMOMILE," and the herbal "Bouquet Garni" stand out for their emphasis on layered aromas. Alongside classics like "BLONDE," "PALE ALE," and "Red Ale," there are also hop-forward options such as "MIX JUICY 012" and "Hop Scheme057 Nectaron," creating a tap list that ranges from light and easy-drinking to more substantial pours.
