The featured beer is the house fruit sour “¡Dios mio!”. Brewed with the red fruit of prickly pear cactus, it is a 5.0% fruit sour with a bright, berry-like acidity. It reflects And Beer’s brewery in Katsunuma, Yamanashi, where the team focuses on ingredient-driven character.
