Sakaduki Lab in Adachi Ward, Tokyo opened at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 31, and shared the day’s lineup ahead of August. True to the bar’s experimental identity, the post focused on a seasonal beer list and food pairings rather than a single flagship release.
The new beer featured in the post was “Hibi Dan Dan”, an American pale ale. According to the description, it balances tropical, citrusy hop aroma with a malt-forward base, aiming for an easygoing beer rather than something flashy. The beer is also served extra cold, with the keg chilled in ice water and the beer poured in a single pass to keep the finish crisp. It is clearly positioned as a beer for hot weather.
The Lab also highlighted a limited beer, “Night Flight,” a special 3rd-anniversary brew. This one is a low-carbonation pale mild designed to feel soft and mellow. In other words, the post offered two different directions: a brisk, refreshing pale ale and a gentler real-ale-style beer.
Food on the day included grilled tilefish with roasted eggplant and corn puree and Vietnamese-style beef tail noodle soup. The sake list also mentioned Harushika Ura Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu from Nara. The result is a snapshot of Sakaduki Lab as a Kitasenju spot where beer, food, and sake are presented together with a seasonal sense of balance.
