At Craft Beer Sakaba Citra Bar in Koenji Kita, three new beers were tapped that day. The post first highlights Craftrock Brewing x Citra Bar Nakano’s anniversary beer, “Citrus on the Rock.” It is introduced as a lager-based beer layered with bright citrus aromas and fresh lemongrass.

Also on tap is Noboribetsu Jibeer Oni Densetsu’s “Kinki Pale Ale Comet Single Ver.” It has a refreshing citrus character with a subtle tropical nuance, and while the bitterness is clear, the finish is well-balanced and highly drinkable. The third beer is Minoh Beer’s “Osaru IPA.” It is presented as a crisp IPA that makes generous use of five kinds of American hops to bring out the hop aroma.

Citra Bar’s Koenji location opens at 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Its location near Koenji Station makes it easy to drop in after work or on a day off and compare multiple guest beers. The post also previews the fourth Citra Run on April 5 and the opening 7th anniversary event on April 11 and 12, making it a place to watch in Koenji this early spring.
