Unlock Brew Base in Kasukabe, Saitama, is a brewery known for its self-brewing setup, with original beers made in the on-site brewhouse attached to the venue. Rooted in the Higashi-guchi area near Kasukabe Station, it offers both draft beer and limited new releases.

The new beer, El Dorado, is presented as a DDH IPA with 6.5% ABV. According to the brewery’s announcement, it highlights sparkling citrus character, tropical aroma, and a finish that is both light and dry. DDH, short for Double Dry Hopped, refers to adding hops after fermentation to build a stronger aromatic profile.

The result appears to be an IPA that keeps a clear hop-driven identity while staying approachable. For drinkers who want something aromatic without too much heaviness, El Dorado looks like a release worth checking out. Service began on August 1.
