On its official website, it promotes the idea of "Beer is Art" and continues making beer that makes use of Ebetsu's clear air and water, as well as locally produced wheat and hops. Its lineup ranges from core offerings to seasonal limited releases, and its directly operated "Beer Bar NORTH ISLAND" also serves several draft beers.
