On Sunday, May 3, from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM, two guest beer taps were opened at Craft Beer Bar & Bottle Shop Progress in Musashi-Kosugi. The beers featured this time were YOROCCO BEER's `Roots Rock` and Shonan Beer's `HazyIPA #08 Saburo`.

`Roots Rock` is a Ginger Saison / 5.5%. It is described as a beer made with ginger from Shimomura Farm, layering spicy, refreshing ginger notes over a roasty malt character. With a dry, crisp finish, it is a saison that balances aroma and drinkability.

`HazyIPA #08 Saburo` is a Hazy IPA / 6.0%. Built around Sabro hops, it combines sweet aromas reminiscent of ripe coconut and milk, tropical notes evoking pineapple and mango, and the brightness of citrus. Its silky, creamy mouthfeel is also highlighted as one of its defining traits.

Progress is a beer pub within walking distance of Musashi-Kosugi Station, and it accepts cashless payments only. In addition to bar service, the shop also supports takeout of draft beer, so you can choose beer for home drinking in a weighed-by-volume style. The outdoor seating area is pet-friendly and equipped with leash hooks, making it an easy stop for casual visits.

Because it opens at 1:00 PM on weekends, it is appealing for being easy to try new taps from the early afternoon. It became a session where you can compare two beers with distinct personalities right near Musashi-Kosugi Station.
