BEER MARROW, a beer pub in Kichijoji, has announced its tap list for September 22. The highlight is Hazy Wave Spectrum from BLACK TIDE BREWING in Kesennuma, Miyagi. This special version builds on the brewery’s Hazy Wave recipe with Spectrum hops to intensify the hop aroma. Three varieties of Citra contribute vivid citrus notes and a dank flavor that expands across the palate like a rising and falling wave. It is a 7.0% DDH Hazy IPA and a limited brew.
The lineup also includes Off Trail Gimme Those Fairy Wings from Far Yeast Brewing, a 6.5% barrel-aged sour ale made with mixed berries, Morello cherry, and other ingredients. DD4D BREWING’s ALTERING offers a lighter golden ale profile at 5.0%, while Mango & Lime Sour from Hansharo Beer is a 5.0% fruited gose with a bright fruit character.
For hop-forward beer fans, the taps feature SOCIAL GRAVITY from RIO BREWING, an 8.5% DDH Hazy DIPA; Ripplephobia from Totopia Brewing, a 5.5% DDH Hazy Pale Ale; and Cloud 7 from West Coast Brewing, an 8.0% Hazy Double IPA.
Located on the fourth floor of Kawada Building in Kichijoji-Honcho, Musashino, BEER MARROW offers a relaxed setting for exploring a rotating selection of craft beers. The pub is also holding its record-focused service days, where guests can request records from the in-house collection or bring their own.
