Background on Ogoshi Beer Brewery

Ogoshi Beer is a small brewery in Sakaide, Kagawa Prefecture. Known as a brand that emerged from the context of local agriculture and community development, it continues brewing with ingredients from the Ogoshi area. Its existing lineup has included beers made with local lemons, and this sakura beer can be seen as an extension of that approach of combining the region with the season.

Scheduling the tapping alongside a spring outdoor event is very much in line with Ogoshi Beer Brewery's style of presenting beer not just as a standalone release, but as an experience. Attention will now be on the reaction on tap day.
