Himalaya table in Tokyo's Uchikanda has unveiled its tap lineup for Friday, March 27. The selection brings together a broad range of domestic breweries, making for a lineup that invites tasting side by side, from IPA to pilsner, fruit-driven beers, and a brew that highlights the character of barley.

- Brasserie Knot "MOON" (DOUBLE IPA)
- Minoh Beer "Blooming IPA"
- Nara Brewing "DAYLONG" (Pilsner)
- ogna "Apple Hop <Kogyoku>"
- Swan Lake Beer "Golden Swan Lake Ale"
- Baeren Brewery "Rye Beer"
- T.Y.HARBOR "Niki Bitter"

The first two beers are IPA styles that let you fully enjoy the outlines of the hops. Brasserie Knot's MOON has a strong presence as a double IPA, and Minoh Beer's Blooming IPA also promises a good balance of aroma and bitterness. From there, Nara Brewing's DAYLONG resets the palate with a lighter mouthfeel, and ogna's Apple Hop <Kogyoku> adds fruit-derived nuance, making it easy to vary the pace as you drink.

Swan Lake Beer's Golden Swan Lake Ale is positioned as a beer with a bright impression, as its name suggests, while Baeren Brewery's Rye Beer and T.Y.HARBOR's Niki Bitter broaden the options in the second half. For a pub near Kanda Station, it's a lineup well suited to sampling a little at a time after work.
