At the beer pub Mukuraf in Shin-Ohashi, Koto Ward, Tokyo, the taps rotated in step with a clear spell in the holiday weather. In the post, the bar announced, “Today’s new taps are 2,” introducing TWO RABBITS BREWING’s “HOPZONBIE ToropicalFusion” Pale Ale and Nomcraft’s “Mystic Tiger” Hazy IPA. The former is presented as a lightly hazy, tropical beer led by NZ-grown ToropicalFusion hops, while the latter is described as a juicy hazy-style beer built from Simcoe, Luminosa, and Nelson Sauvin.

The lineup that day was,
- Nomcraft “Banana Kick” Banana Weizen
- Shiokaze Blue Lab “THE” American IPA
- Open Air Brewing “warm up” Hazy IPA
- Black Tide Brewing “Second Breath” IPA
- Nomcraft “Mystic Tiger” Hazy IPA
- TWO RABBITS BREWING “HOPZONBIE ToropicalFusion” Pale Ale
for a total of six beers, making it easy to choose according to your mood, from fruity wheat styles to fuller-bodied IPAs.

The bottled beer selection was also strong, with VERTERE’s “Vespa” Mango Sour w/ Pineapple & Chili, “Heliconia” Hazy IPA, Collective Arts’ “Between The Palms” Hazy IPA, “Ruby Striker” Hazy Double IPA, “Grape Calamansi Sour” Sour Ale, “Summit Peak” West Coast IPA, “Life In The Clouds” Hazy IPA, “Good Monster” NEDIPA, “Ransack The Universe” WCIPA, West Coast Brewing’s “No Ketchup” Hazy DIPA, “Triple Cone” Hazy IPA, “Hop Fua” Hazy IPA, “Time Slip” Hazy Pale Ale, “Starwatcher” West Coast IPA, and “Alive” West Coast IPA.

The food menu includes Singapore chicken rice, bamboo shoot and bacon pilaf, lentil salad, and marinated sardines, offering plenty of dishes that pair well with beer. It’s the kind of place in Morishita where you want to take your time with both draft and bottled beers while enjoying a meal.
