Tokyo's Kameari "Domestic Craft Beer and Tacos El Hori" has newly introduced selections from Okutama's VERTERE as guest beers.

This lineup features Violacea (Belgian IPA) and Passiflora (Hazy IPA). In the post, Violacea is described as a "first arrival," highlighting its Belgian yeast character along with aromas reminiscent of pineapple and ripe banana, plus a bitterness and crisp finish that are relatively restrained for an IPA. It seems like a beer for people who want something not too heavy but still full of aroma.

Passiflora, on the other hand, was brought in after a conversation with a customer who had previously tried Casimiroa, which had arrived on an earlier tap rotation. The fact that a back-and-forth with customers directly leads to the next tap selection is part of the charm of a local craft beer bar.

El Hori is a Kameari beer pub centered on domestic craft beer and tacos. For people who want to enjoy food pairings and side-by-side tastings, these guest-beer rotations are not to be missed. It is worth paying attention as a chance to casually taste VERTERE from Okutama on the eastern side of Tokyo.
