A Summer-Only Saison Joins the Lineup

According to the venue's Instagram post, the new tap addition is Vector Brewing's "Mugi Neko Punch". On Vector Brewing's official site, the beer is listed as a Saison / 5.0% ABV summer release. The brewery describes it as spicy, aromatic, and refreshingly drinkable, with a profile that is especially appealing when well chilled.

A Natural Match for Gyoza and Spice Dishes

CRAFT BEER Market Tokyo Torch is a beer pub on the first floor of TOKYO TORCH's Tokiwabashi Tower. The restaurant's concept centers on gyoza and spice dishes, and the menu is built around items such as house-made dumplings, ebi-sen shrimp crackers, Mao-style fried chicken, and fries. With around 30 craft beers on draft, the venue is set up for rotating guest taps like this one, especially if you want a lighter, aromatic beer alongside bold seasoning.

Beer-Focused, But Easy to Use

The post also highlights the shop's two-hour all-you-can-drink party plans. The "Spice Snack Course" is priced at 5,500 yen and includes two appetizers, ebi-sen, pork gyoza, fries, and Mao-style fried chicken. The 6,500 yen "Choose Two Gyoza! Spice Course" adds a pair of dumpling choices from a wider lineup that includes pork, spicy lamb mint, hot-and-spicy, wasabi, tomato basil, and shrimp shiso.

Located about three minutes from the Nihonbashi Exit of Tokyo Station, the shop works well for a quick pint after work or a longer food-and-beer session. The Instagram post also hints at plans for July 25-26, suggesting there is more to come beyond this guest beer pour.
