Mukuraf Newly Taps Minoh Beer’s “Blooming IPA”; Sakura Arashi IPA and Nue HOPJUICE on Tap
The beer pub Mukuraf in Morishita, Tokyo announced in an Instagram post on April 1 that it had newly tapped Minoh Beer’s “Blooming IPA.” The taps also feature Sanktgallen, Iwate Kura Beer, Shiga Kogen Beer, and TWO RABBITS, while the refrigerator is well stocked with bottles from WCB and VERTERE.
The beer pub Mukuraf in Shin-Ohashi, Koto Ward, Tokyo, shared its latest beer lineup for the day in a post on April 1. While noting the rainy weather with the comment that “the cherry blossoms are basically in full bloom,” the pub also said it was open and that there were “plenty of seats available.”
The day’s new tap is Minoh Beer Blooming IPA. It is introduced as a Belgian IPA that layers the spicy character and elegant aroma derived from Belgian yeast with hop notes reminiscent of citrus and tropical fruit, making it a springlike, festive beer.
The tap lineup is Sanktgallen Whey Sour Strawberry, Iwate Kura Beer Sakura Arashi IPA, Minoh Beer Blooming IPA, Shiga Kogen Beer SNOW MONKEY IPA, and TWO RABBITS Nue HOPJUICE. The third tap is listed as being prepared, so the lineup may change during the day.
On the fridge side, there are WestCoastBrewing’s Alive, Slow Motion, and McKenzie Pils; GreenNeighborsHardCider’s ALL. 18 kinds of apples, LA FRANCE, KYOUKA, SOUR TOKI ver, and KOGYOKU SINGLE and FUJI SINGLE; VERTERE’s Passiflora #47, 10th Grape Sour, Clusia, and Tillia; GOODHOPS’s The Season of Lupulin and Blue Sky Hops; and Sierra Nevada’s Cosmic Little Thing and Pils. The post conveyed the full appeal of a beer pub, where you can enjoy new releases on tap and broaden your options with bottles as well.
