Faction Mini TTO with Four Limited Kegs to Open on March 20 at Two Fingers in Ikebukuro
The beer pub Two Fingers in Nishi-Ikebukuro, Tokyo, has announced a mini tap takeover featuring Faction. On March 20, four beers including a limited IPA will be on tap. A burger pop-up is also planned for the 20th, along with a ramen pop-up on the 21st, making this a weekend stop worth checking out.
Two Fingers announced that it will hold a Faction mini tap takeover on Friday, March 20. The venue is RM Building, 3-23-3 Nishi-Ikebukuro. For anyone looking to spend the weekend seriously drinking craft beer in the Ikebukuro area, this is highly practical information.
The four beers on tap this time are:
- WINTER IPA (limited-time)
- ALL IN IPA Columbus (single-hop)
- Commando 450 (keg-only)
- Hamaru IPA (Japan-only, keg-only)
The post says, "We’ve got a solid lineup of rare kegs," and the setup lets you compare a highly limited selection all at once. In particular, any beer labeled keg-only or Japan-only is something you won’t want to miss.
Food events are also lined up for two consecutive days. On Friday, March 20, there will be a burger pop-up by "La Vigne Akiko" (including a brisket smash cheeseburger and a spring-only mozzarella cheeseburger with sakura shrimp and rape blossoms). On Saturday, March 21, there will be a ramen pop-up by "Kiriwo Meshi" (including Hazy ramen and simmered pork knuckle, among others).
Two days centered on beer, with food changing by the day. If you’re planning a craft-beer-focused weekend in Ikebukuro, Two Fingers is definitely one to keep on your list. Food is limited in quantity and will end once sold out.
