At drifter’s stand, the beer pub in Togoshi Ginza in Shinagawa, Tokyo, three new spring batches from Yorocco Beer have been tapped.

The three beers on the lineup are The Golden Time, 春雷 Spring Thunder, and TOBIUO SAISON 2026. All three are introduced as "light and refreshing spring beers," making them a set that works well as a first beer of the day or as something to enjoy alongside a meal.

- The Golden Time (Italian Pilsner)
An Italian pilsner brewed with German hop varieties Saphir and Spalter Select. It has a crisp drinking character, with a strong hop aroma that adds depth of fragrance on top of a lager-like sense of freshness.
- 春雷 Spring Thunder (Hoppy Saison)
A saison brewed with New Zealand hops Motueka and Moutere. Tropical and citrus notes are layered with the spice character typical of saison, creating a dry and forceful drinking impression.
- TOBIUO SAISON 2026 (Farmhouse Ale)
A saison beer named after the "Tobiuo Club," which operates around Zushi Beach. This year’s main ingredient is summer mandarin, resulting in a finish with juicy acidity and a faint bitter edge. A small amount of pomelo juice is also added, giving the fruit character more depth.

Another appeal of drifter’s stand is its compact design, which lets a small number of guests quietly focus on the beer. With a small-space feel capped at 12 people inside, it makes it easy to calmly take in the hop aroma and the shape of the malt. For anyone in Togoshi Ginza who wants to compare three springlike beers from Yorocco Beer, this sounds like an especially appealing arrival.
