Passific Brewing's collaboration beer, Hola, is a Mexican lager created with Barchie's Spareribs Factory. This is the third time the two teams have brewed it together, building on a project that started around the shop's first anniversary and has been refined in small steps each time.

The flavor centers on the toasted character of masa flour used in the tacos at Barchie's, along with the bright, green aroma of sudachi. The recipe has been adjusted to feel lighter and crisper, so the beer finishes clean while leaving a subtle roasted note and a food-friendly aftertaste. Passific Brewing describes it as something close to a drinkable taco.

BARCHIE'S KAMAKURA is a beer pub in Onarimachi, Kamakura, known for American-style charcoal BBQ and craft beer. It is the kind of place where a refreshing Mexican lager like Hola should fit naturally alongside tacos and spareribs.
