café&beer あるか→アるか, a beer pub in Namba, Osaka, opened at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1. In its post, the shop shared today’s lineup with nine taps centered on local Osaka craft beer.

The lineup includes two beers from CRAFT BEER BASE, "XPA-LUNA-" and "Lavender&Chamomile," plus "CGS" from One’s Brewery, "BELGIAN WHITE" from MARCA BREWING, "MINT BLUE LINE SWINGER" from DerailleurBrew Works, and "Swallowtail" from BAK Brewery. Minoh Beer also appears twice with "STOUT" and "Momo Weizen," while "Heartland" rounds out the list. It is a range that moves from pale ale and gose to Belgian white, herbal ale, saison, stout, and weizen.

Food options are equally beer-friendly: white fish and pickled plum tartare, bonito with herb vegetables, garlic bruschetta with octopus and shimeji mushrooms, vinegared mackerel with herb cream cheese, avocado with harissa, cream tofu, and nougat glacé. The menu makes it easy to match lighter snacks with crisp beers and richer plates with darker pours.

Located in the Ura-Namba area within walking distance of Nippombashi Station, the shop works well as a casual stop for anyone looking to explore Osaka-local craft beer in one place.
