Arinomi Brewery is a craft beer brewery that opened in Ichikawa Ono in May 2024. Equipped with eight 1,200L tanks, it is a full-scale brewery that works to make beer using local ingredients from Ichikawa, such as beets, yuzu, and pears. Its regular lineup includes an IPA made with beets and "New Local Saison."
Although takeout sales are not usually offered at the factory, its products are distributed through roadside stations, liquor stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and other shops in the city. This Open Factory can be seen as an opportunity to experience, all at once, the brewing scene that is usually hard to see and the appeal of locally rooted beer.
As a brewery making craft beer in Ichikawa City, Arinomi Brewery is expanding its points of contact with the local community by combining local ingredients with factory-tour-style events. This event is designed to make that effort easy to experience firsthand.
