Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand taps Saburo Hazy among 10 beers on Aug. 7
Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand in Komagome opened at 5 p.m. on Friday, August 7, and posted a 10-tap lineup headed by the new Saburo Hazy. The range runs from session ale and pilsner to IPA, gose, bitter, and stout.
Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand is a brewery pub in Komagome, a short walk from the south exit of Komagome Station. The room is compact, with counter and standing seating, and opens at 5 p.m. on weekdays and 3 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Draft beer is the main draw, alongside canned and bottled Japanese craft beer.
In the August 7 post, the brewery highlighted a new beer on tap: `Saburo Hazy`. It is described as a Hazy IPA built around Sabro hops, with notes of coconut and stone fruit, a creamy mouthfeel, and restrained sweetness.
The tap list for the day included:
- `Little Thing` / Dry Hopped Session Ale
- `Saburo Hazy` / Hazy IPA
- `Ryusui Soso #2` / Italian Pilsner
- `Mashup IPA Ekuanot` / Belgian IPA
- `Rolling Lolly` / American IPA
- `Pineapple Gose` / Gose Style with pineapple
- `Komagome Best Bitter` / English Best Bitter
- `Kuro Tori #4` / Belgian Stout
The lineup spans lighter session beer, hop-forward IPA, tart gose, and maltier bitter and stout. It is the kind of board that rewards tasting by the half or mini glass, especially for drinkers who want to move across styles in one stop.
