New Taps
- UNDERWATER (Nara Brewing / Nara)
Sake yeast ale, ABV 11.0%. This hybrid brew uses sake yeast, brewing water, and soyashi water used in sake production. It is characterized by rich ginjo aroma and fruitiness reminiscent of strawberries and apples. A slightly dry, dry-leaning finish is layered with malt-derived bitterness.
- Madder Sky (LIBUSHI Bashamichi / Kanagawa)
Amber lager, ABV 5.0%. This brown lager brings hop-driven floral and spicy notes, along with malt umami and toastiness, to the forefront, and has a crisp drinking finish.
Other Beers Available
On tap is TAROS Brewing's As You Feel2 (TDH hazy IPA, ABV 6.0%), while Sucker Punch (fruit sour ale, ABV 5.0%) from the same brewery is in reserve. In addition, Barbera Grape Lambic (straight lambic w/ grapes, ABV 8.0%) from Belgium's Oud Beersel is available by the glass. From hop beers with plenty of variation to tart lambics, there is a wide selection to choose from.
Also available in the reserve beers is Tepache S.O.D (CRAFTROCK BREWING / Tokyo, margarita gose, ABV 5.0%), offering another distinctive style with fruitiness and saltiness.
