Shiranui Kai Roman Beer, Fukuda Farm’s original craft beer brand, has been brewed in Minamata, Kumamoto since 1997. The lineup is built around three core styles: an amber ale, a weiss beer, and a honey beer made with Kumamoto honey.

The upcoming beer hall buffet is part of the farm’s summer program and will take place on Aug. 22 at Restaurant Valencia. According to the announcement, the buffet will include a wide selection of dishes designed to pair with craft beer and sangria wine. Reservations are required.

The event is also set up to be welcoming for guests who do not drink alcohol. Fukuda Farm is offering an all-you-can-drink soft drink plan for an additional 1,200 yen, including squash made with the farm’s Kyushu fruit syrups. Elementary school children and preschoolers will receive one drink, making the event easier for families to enjoy together.

Fukuda Farm is more than a brewery site: it combines an orchard-style tourist farm, restaurants, and a shop in one location overlooking the Shiranui Sea and the Amakusa islands. For beer fans, the buffet offers a seasonal way to experience local food and the long-running Shiranui Kai Roman Beer brand in one place.
