Mukuraf has put together a lineup that feels right on a clear, sunny day. In a post from the owner, the bar announced that "today's new taps are two," first noting the keg update. True to its character as a beer pub in Shin-Ohashi, Tokyo, the selection spans a broad range of drinking styles, making it suitable for both a quick pint and a longer tasting session.

The newly tapped beers are Shiga Kogen Beer’s "SNOW MONKEY IPA" and TWO RABBITS’ "Washi HOPJUICE." The former is a Hazy IPA, described as having a slightly orange-tinted haze with notes reminiscent of pink grapefruit and passion fruit. The latter is a HopJuice IPA, highlighted for its fresh aroma and ripe tropical character, brought out by a combination of New Zealand cold-pressed hop juice and US hops.

The bottled selection is equally strong. West Coast Brewing offers "Alive," "Slow Motion," and "McKenzie Pils," covering both IPA and pilsner. VERTERE has "Passiflora," "10th Grape Sour," "Clusia," and "Tillia," ranging from Hazy IPA and sour to imperial stout and Belgian quad. GOODHOPS features hop-forward releases such as "Sorachi Ace Respect," "The Season of Lupulin," "Motueka Respect," "Blue Sky Hops," and "Tono no Ibuki." Sierra Nevada’s "Cosmic Little Thing" and "Pils" are also available, making it easy to choose according to mood.

On the food side, there are dishes made with house-made focaccia, meat dishes, and cheese-based snacks. As a place centered around a glass of craft beer, Mukuraf also makes it easy to pair drinks with food. On a sunny evening, it is the kind of place where you can stop by after a walk or after work and start by trying the two new kegs.
