In its August 12 Instagram post, BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisindou in Ibaraki, Osaka, shared both the day’s opening hours and its draft lineup. The shop planned to open at 4:00 p.m., with food last orders at 8:30 p.m. and drinks until 9:00 p.m. The selection fits the venue’s beer-and-music identity well, moving from collaboration beers to classic lagers and fruit-driven styles.

The new pour of the day was REPUBREW × open air brewing’s collaboration beer, “THUNDERSTRUCK IPA : Sansho IPA.” The list also included Iwate Kura Beer’s “Neko Niki : Hazy Double IPA,” Baeren’s “Classic : Dortmunder,” YOROCCO BEER × MINOH BEER’s “KOMPAS : Fruit Beer,” draft Pilsner Urquell, and SUNTORY’s “Kaoru Ale : Pale Ale.”

A few more beers were marked as coming next: Baeren’s “Tsunagu Beer Kohaku-iro no Lager : Amber Lager,” Iwate Kura Beer’s “Electro Squash Sour IPA : Sour IPA,” “Raspberry Pink : Fruit Beer,” and “English IPA,” plus SAPPORO BEER’s “SORACHI 1984 : Pilsner.” Baeren’s “The Gold Lager of the Alchemist : Pilsner” was also listed as coming soon.

Food-wise, Raisindou paired the taps with marinated bonito tataki, eisbein, cucumber in a Chinese-style dressing, margherita pizza with homegrown basil, and smoked tofu, chicken tenderloin, takuan, egg, and cheese. It was the kind of tap list that rewards both a quick stop and a longer sitting.
