Mukuraf was open on April 1 despite the rainy weather. In the post, the pub said there were "no new taps today," but still introduced a very wide lineup centered on bottle beers.

Bottle Selections

From GreenNeighbors, the lineup included `ALL.18 Varieties of Apples`, `FUJI SINGLE`, `LA FRANCE`, `KYOUKA`, `SOUR TOKI ver`, and `KOGYOKU SINGLE`, offering a range of cider- and sour-style drinks built around apples. Other bottles included WestCoastBrewing's `Alive`, `Slow Motion`, and `McKenzie Pils`; VERTERE's `Passiflora#47`, `10th Grape Sour`, `Clusia`, and `Tillia`; GOODHOPS' `The Season of Lupulin` and `Blue Sky Hops`; and Sierra Nevada's `Cosmic Little Thing` and `Pils`.

Tap Lineup

In the latter half of the post, the tap lineup also featured Sankt Gallen's `Whey Sour Strawberry`, Iwate Kura Beer’s `Sakura Arashi IPA`, Minoh Beer’s `Blooming IPA`, Shiga Kogen Beer’s `SNOW MONKEY IPA`, and TWO RABBITS' `Nue HOPJUICE`. From staple domestic breweries to more distinctive offerings, the lineup covers a full range of lively IPAs, pilsners, and sour beers.

Shop Features

Mukuraf is a beer pub in Shin-Ohashi, Koto Ward, Tokyo, and on this day it noted that there was "plenty of seating available." The food menu is also substantial, with items such as mentaiko and rock laver spaghetti, seared bonito, root vegetables prepared in a bagna cauda style, and the steak of the day, all of which pair well with beer. Takeout is available, and the shop also sells home-roasted coffee beans, making it an easy place to use not only for beer but also for a meal. New arrivals are expected in the days that follow, so the evolving lineup is something to watch.
