Six beers on tap

Grau Craft beer bar in Minami, Fujimino City, Saitama, rolled out a new tap list on August 13. The featured first pour is Minoh's Haikara Pils, presented as an Italian Pilsner and positioned as a beer that balances hop aroma with an easy-drinking profile.

The full tap list includes BREWCCOLY's Low-Head system (IPA), CAMADO × Grau's Kiln Ash (West Coast IPA, nearly sold out), GROUNDTAP's IKARU (Hazy Pale Ale), Minoh's Haikara Pils (Italian Pilsner), Kanpai!'s Dangozaka Imperial Stout 2026 (Imperial Stout), and Kanpai! × Grau's Naemazaka Blueberry Sour (Fruits Sour). The range covers IPA, hazy pale ale, imperial stout, and fruit sour, giving drinkers plenty of styles to compare.

A bar with food pairing in mind

The post also explains the background of Haikara Pils, including its use of German noble hops and a brewing approach that emphasizes aroma, balance, and a clean finish. That makes the beer list feel curated rather than simply broad.

Food suggestions are part of the draw as well. Limited snacks include spring rolls with shiso, shrimp, and chicken mince, along with tan-tan banban and tan-tan chilled tofu. The bar is open from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. A Curry Day with mapo curry is also planned for August 14, making this a practical stop for anyone who wants beer and food in one place.
