BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisin-dou in Ibaraki, Osaka announced an early opening on Aug. 15. True to its name, the beer pub frames the day around draft beer, music, and a rotating selection of food-friendly pours.
The day's only new tap is Baeren Brewery's limited 'Tsunagu Beer Kohakuiro no Lager.' The post describes it as part of the 100% domestic-ingredient 'Tsunagu Beer' series, with a reddish-brown color, a gentle roasted aroma from amber malt, and soft malt sweetness. For drinkers who like a beer with a clear malt center, this is the one to watch.
The wider draft list is broad:
- Iwate Kura Beer 'Raspberry Pink'
- 'THUNDERSTRUCK IPA,' a collaboration between REPUBREW and open air brewing
- Ise Kadoya Beer 'Neko ni Hiki'
- Pilsner Urquell 'Draft Pilsner Urquell'
- SUNTORY 'Kaoru Ale'
Coming next, the post also teases Ise Kadoya Beer 'Electro Squash Sour IPA,' Iwate Kura Beer 'English IPA,' SAPPORO BEER 'SORACHI 1984,' and Baeren Brewery's 'Alchemist's Golden Lager' and 'Classic.' The range spans lager, IPA, fruit beer, and sour IPA, so the lineup should appeal to anyone looking to compare styles side by side.
Food includes katsuo marinade, eisbein, margherita pizza, smoked items, zangi, and fries. The post lists a food last order at 8:30 p.m., with pizza and pasta until 8:00 p.m. It also notes ticket sales for Ibaraki Bakuon Fest 2026 on Oct. 3 and 4, making Raisin-dou a useful stop for anyone following craft beer in Ibaraki.
