Draft lineup for April 26

In the draft information released by Craft Beer Spot Hathor in Kyobashi, Osaka, the lineup featured a broad range of draft beers from classics to characterful picks, including Isekadoya Beer’s anniversary brew. The shop is introduced as a beer pub with 16 taps and house-smoked dishes.

Featured tap opening

The beer tapped today is Niku-kyu IPA / Isekadoya Beer. Brewed to celebrate the brewery’s 29th anniversary, this West Coast-style IPA is built on a dry body using Pilsner malt and rice, with Strata, Krush, and ADHA 1631 layered on top. It is presented as a refreshing beer designed to pair easily with meat dishes.

The recommended beers of the day include Double Hazy / BrewDog and Milk Stout Nitro ver / Left Hand. Double Hazy brings together aromas of pineapple, mango, and fresh lime with pine notes, finishing with a juicy orange character. Milk Stout Nitro ver is a nitro version with roasted coffee and chocolate flavors, marked by a creamy mouthfeel.
