The Sequel to the Japan-Korea Collaboration Arrives in Takao

CRAFTROCK TAPROOM in Takao, Tokyo, has introduced 'Jam Session 2,' a collaboration beer with Korea's SEOUL BREWERY. This release is a reunion that follows the earlier 'JAM SESSION' created by both breweries. The CRAFTROCK side brewed this beer in Takao.

It is based on SESSION IPA. Mango, lemon, mint, and coconut are layered on top to bring out tropical aromas and flavors. While it has a lively, expressive character, the finish is dry, so it keeps you drinking without leaving any lingering sweetness. It can be described as a beer that aims for both the easy-to-grasp appeal of a fruit beer and the light drinkability of a SESSION IPA.

It is also available in a 250 ml serving, which makes it easy to try one in the taproom first and check whether it suits your taste. If you like it, you also have the option of taking some home as a souvenir. Set in the relaxed atmosphere of a Takao brewpub, it is a guest beer well suited to taking your time and following the flavor in detail.

CRAFTROCK TAPROOM is known as a brewpub where craft beer can be enjoyed casually. Its appeal lies in being able to enjoy both house-brewed beers and guest beers while engaging directly with the beer's own character. This 'Jam Session 2' is a beer that seems to pour the continued exchange between Japanese and Korean breweries directly into the glass. For those who know the previous release, there is the fun of comparing the two; for first-time drinkers, the collaboration-beer playfulness comes through clearly.
