Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand unveils its June 21 tap list with a new release, Ryusousou #2
Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand in Hon-Komagome, Tokyo, shared its June 21 tap list. The lineup features nine house beers, including the new Italian Pilsner Ryusousou #2, and weekend hours run from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand in Hon-Komagome, Bunkyo City, Tokyo, posted its Today’s on Tap lineup for Sunday, June 21. The brewpub opens at 3 p.m. on weekends and national holidays, 5 p.m. on weekdays, and is closed on Wednesdays, making it an easy stop for both afternoon drinking and after-work visits.
The lineup is centered on house beers and spans a wide range of styles: Sauvin Belgo (American Belgo Style Ale), Peep-peep-peep (Norwegian Pale Ale), Seiten Raimei #2 (West Coast IPA), and the new Ryusousou #2 (Italian Pilsner). The list also includes Yunosu Saison with yuzu character, Komagome Brown (Brown Saison), Komagome Best Bitter (English Best Bitter), EL BAMP HAZY (Hazy IPA), and Kurotobi #4 (Belgian Stout).
Because the selection moves from a crisp pilsner to hop-forward IPA, then through saison, bitter, and stout, it is an easy tap list to build a session around. Food service is intentionally light in regular operation, with snacks such as kakinotane and dagashi, which keeps the focus on the beer. The post also notes that service is handled by Sekiguchi, a former caregiver, adding a friendly, local feel to the taproom.
Upcoming pop-up plans were also announced, including tapas on June 27-28 and a music-focused beer event on July 5. For drinkers following Hinomoto’s releases, this is a useful snapshot of what is pouring now and what is coming next.
