A collaboration beer that puts lemon aroma front and center
Mein Schloss’s Instagram post, “Lemon Ale Part 3🍋🍋🍋...,” appears to be a reminder of the shop’s seasonal limited beer, <Lemon Ale>. The official website introduces it as a collaboration beer with Renri Farm, and says the lemons were harvested at the end of December, when freshness was prioritized, before being brewed. By letting it mature slowly, the beer has been crafted so that its brighter aroma can be felt more strongly than before.
