Together, they cover a wide spectrum, from hop-forward IPA to a softer rice ale, a classic pilsner, and an aroma-driven pale ale.
Coming next are ISEKADO’s 『本角IPA : US IPA』, Baeren’s 『かぼすラードラー : Radler』 and 『イーハトーブの海 : Salty Lager』, SAPPORO BEER’s 『SORACHI 1984 : Pilsner』, and 『Vit Natt IPA : HazyIPA』 from BREWSKI × 箕面ビール. The list suggests a steady rotation of styles and flavor profiles.
Food options include herring marinated in vinegar, saba sandwiches, house-made oil sardines, peperoncino with oil sardines, margherita pizza, meat-topped pizza, and zangi.
