At Bakushudo Kasugai (KUNITACHI BREWERY), the craft beer hub of Kunitachi, the guest beer "Gakugei-dai-mae" Session IPA has been tapped. In a post, it is introduced as the second collaboration with artist Punipuni Denki.

The beer’s defining features are its light 4.5% ABV and the way its aroma evolves as you keep drinking. Fresh from the tap, it leans toward citrus notes reminiscent of orange and grapefruit, and as the temperature rises, its character expands into muscat, pear, and then tropical fruit. A sharp bitterness ties the whole beer together, giving it satisfying depth despite its lightness.

The post describes it as "just right for your first beer and for daytime drinking," making it an easy fit as the opening drink to a meal. Taking advantage of the brewery’s attached taproom, the space lets you choose from regular offerings to guest beers, with the appeal of finding "the beer you want to drink right now." If you want to spend time in the Kunitachi area with craft beer at the center, Bakushudo Kasugai is a place you can’t leave off the list. This time, postcard distribution matched to the world of "Gakugei-dai-mae" is also being offered, adding another layer to the beer experience.

Brewer’s Note also mentions that it has been about two years since the previous collaboration, "Hekireki." For fans who have followed the series, this is a taproom update not to miss.
