Made with Nelson Sauvin hops, the beer is described as light and refreshing, with a gentle white-grape character. At 5.0% ABV, it should work well both with food and as an easy after-work pint.
The tap list also includes Azarashi Pilsner Okawari from Mitaka Yamaneko Brewing and Andbeer at 5.5%; BLUEBERRY THUMB, a 6.5% Blueberry Dark Saison from Minamiaizu Mountain Brewing; and Osaru IPA from Minoh Beer at 6.0%.
Other options are Pale Ale from Bia Herun at 5.5%, Imperial Stout from T.Y.HABOR at 8.0%, and Junsei Alt from Y.Market, a 5.0% Düsseldorf Altbier. Yokohama Beer’s 5.5% Weizen, St. Gallen’s 6.0% Brut IPA with pineapple, and Andbeer’s 4.6% Gose with peach round out the selection.
From crisp pilsners and wheat beer to fruit-forward styles and a rich imperial stout, the lineup offers plenty of variety for a relaxed tasting session. The pub also supports takeaway beer in plastic cups. A miniature sign is displayed inside, with a full-size version reportedly planned for a future debut.
