Six beers across a broad range of styles

GROW BREW HOUSE’s current tap list features six beers with distinct profiles:

- R122 — West Coast IPA, 8.5%
- POTTERING — Saison, 6%
- Yukiai — Dry Hopped Pils, 5%
- Yoi no Chamekke — Brown Ale, 4%
- NK.BLACK — Porter, 5%
- Kamine Saison Yuzu — Fruit Saison, 6%

The selection moves from the assertive hop character of R122 to the lighter, crisp profile of Yukiai. Yoi no Chamekke and NK.BLACK offer more malt-driven, roasted notes, while Kamine Saison Yuzu adds citrus freshness to the saison format. With several contrasting styles on tap, the lineup is well suited to a tasting flight or a food-focused visit.

Lamb keema panipuri joins the menu

The post also introduces lamb keema panipuri. Coarsely ground lamb is sautéed until the grains remain distinct, then simmered with several spices before being packed into crisp, fried panipuri shells. Coriander and coconut complete the dish, which is designed to pair well with beer. Quantities are limited.

Located at 1-25-8 Nishikawaguchi, GROW BREW HOUSE is a brewpub where house beer and inventive food can be enjoyed together. Guests visiting for the tap list should check availability on the day and consider pairing the beers with this spice-forward snack.
