Two limited beers are listed. The first is "Waratte Wheat mo! Zoukangou," a Wheat Wine at 9.0% ABV. According to the post, it returns after about 18 months of maturation, highlighting both strength and aging. The second is "Double Seryou DDH," a DDH Hazy IPA at 7.0% ABV. It is the brewery’s first double dry-hopped beer for the second anniversary and uses a trial hop that has not yet been named.
The limited food is "homemade potato gnocchi." The brewery says it is designed to pair well with beer, with the sauce also called out as part of the experience. Known for working from a renovated old building in the Yanaka area of Taito, BUZZED LAMB BREWING has built its identity around linking local history with modern craft beer.
