On July 2, Mukuraf, a beer pub in Shin-Ohashi, Koto-ku, Tokyo, announced a new tap: Iwate Kura Beer’s Raspberry Pink, a Raspberry Wheat Ale. The lineup also spans West Coast Brewing collaborations, VERTERE, GOODHOPS, and a regular Asahi draught.
Mukuraf, a beer pub in Shin-Ohashi, Koto-ku, Tokyo, updated its tap list in a July 2 post that leaned into rainy-season drinking. The new pour is Iwate Kura Beer’s Raspberry Pink, a Raspberry Wheat Ale described as offering raspberry aroma and acidity with the soft sweetness of wheat.
The key draft
Alongside the regular Asahi Maruefu draught, the list is heavy on hop-forward beers. The post highlights WestCoast×Totopia Riverphilia, WestCoast×Oni Densetsu Hop Legends, WestCoastBrewing FullHopAlchemist r1-2026, Wandering Boi, The Lupulin Tree, PassionWizard, and Dr.Dankness. It is a clear West Coast-leaning lineup, but not a one-note one.
Style range
From VERTERE, the board includes Passiflora48, Achillea1, Galanthus3, Benitoa8, and Vespa, covering Hazy IPA, West Coast IPA, Dark Ale, Belgian Blonde Ale, and Mango Sour. GOODHOPS adds Do Good, Gin no Hopbatake, Tono Belgian IPA, Tasogare no Cascade, and Tono no Kaze, so the tap list also reaches Saison and Belgian IPA territory.
How it drinks as a venue
The post notes that seats are plentiful, which fits Mukuraf’s easygoing beer-pub feel. Bottles are also sold, and bottle-only visits are welcome, making the place practical for quick stops as well as longer tasting sessions. With house-made dishes on the menu, it reads as a spot where you can work through a few different beers without needing to rush.
