Six DD4D Beers, Including the 7th Anniversary Release, Arrive at Koguma Sake Shop at Sendai Station East Exit
Nippon no Craft Beer Koguma Sake Shop Sendai Station East Exit Main Store posted its new arrivals on May 29. Six labels are now on the shelves, including DD4D's 7th anniversary model, Lucky Charm, plus an IPA, a sansho lager, and collaborations with NO COFFEE.
The craft beer specialty shop "Nippon no Craft Beer Koguma Sake Shop Sendai Station East Exit Main Store" near Sendai Station's east exit has received a batch of new DD4D releases. Though the store is small, it uses a densely packed display of cans and bottles from across Japan, making it a shop where the fun of choosing really stands out.
The highlight this time is a lineup that includes the 7th anniversary model from DD4D, the brewery representing Shikoku (Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture). In the post, the shop announced the arrivals as a "large shipment" and celebrated the brewery's seventh anniversary, adding more take-home options just as the seasons are changing.

- Lucky Charm
Double IPA, ABV 8%. An anniversary model that layers tropical and citrus aromas from Krush, Citra, and Mosaic with a dank impression.
- Journeyman IPA
IPA, ABV 7%. A collaboration with Hardywood Park Craft Brewery in Virginia, USA, it adds lime and grapefruit notes to pine, white grape, and meadow-like aromas typical of a West Coast IPA.
- Saltz
Sansho light lager w/salt, ABV 5%. A distinctive beer made in collaboration with Hakata no Shio, featuring the bite of sansho pepper and a salty accent.
- NO BEER Shiofi-chan ver.
Ginger lemon West Coast IPA, ABV 6.5%. A collaboration with Fukuoka-born NO COFFEE, blending Setouchi lemon and ginger.
- NO BEER Enuo-kun ver.
Coffee sour ale, ABV 5%. Also a collaboration with NO COFFEE, characterized by the aroma of lightly roasted coffee and lactic acidity.
- Key to the Next Door-Setoka Flash-
Fruit sake ale, ABV 6%. A collaboration with Seiryo Shuzo in Saijo, Ehime Prefecture, combining ginjo-like aromas from sake yeast with the fragrance of Ehime-grown Setoka mandarin.
