At the beer pub "HOP MAN" in Jukkembata, Chigasaki City, Kanagawa, Minoh Beer's Session Black IPA has been newly tapped.

This beer was brewed by Minoh Beer as a black beer to be enjoyed lightly in the run-up to spring. It has an alcohol content of 4.5% and an IBU of 28. While carrying the soft richness of roasted malt, it is described as a brisk, highly drinkable beer that still lets you enjoy the hop aroma.

Strata and Simcoe are used on the hot side, and Strata is used for dry hopping. A gentle roasted character is layered with hop aromas reminiscent of citrus and tropical fruit, making this a beer that balances the depth and drinkability typical of a Black IPA.

In Minoh Beer's post, the brewery's dark-beer lineup also included Imperial Stout and Boss Zaru IPA. Another point to note in this new tap is the chance to feel the brewer's range through its dark beers.

HOP MAN is a beer pub on the second floor in the Chigasaki Station area. As a place that makes it easy to stop in when you want to slowly savor a beer, arrivals of guest beers like this are hard to miss. You may want to check the aroma and body of this Black IPA in the calm interior.
