A Japan-wide craft beer lineup
TBE Brewing, a beer pub in Ebisu, Tokyo, has shared its keg lineup for October 7. The newly tapped beers include Ongoing, a 6.0% American IPA from Hoppu Kodan Brewing in Hokkaido.
The current selection also includes From Scratch and Fresh Hop African Pale Ale from Shiga Kogen Beer, Wonder Ross from Ushiku Brewery, Masaru IPA from Johana Beer, KANSHA29 from Minoh Beer, Titanota 3 from Saikado Brewing, Mr. Dunk from Ise Kadoya Beer, BTB’s #476 Hoya-Boya ver. 5.3, and Shiga Kogen Beer’s Sono Ju No.10 IPA.
For drinkers looking for a stronger, hop-forward beer, Sono Ju No.10 IPA comes in at 7.5% ABV. Several beers were marked as running low, so guests with a specific target may want to visit early.

The next planned beers include Creek Common from Mugishokoku Kobo, Toyama Green Hop from Johana Beer, Three Island IPA from IHW, Westy Boys from WCB, #1022 Ozone Hopster IPA from Ushitra Brewery, and W-IPA from Minoh Beer at 9.0% ABV.
TBE Brewing also offers rotating food such as tuna, sea bream and horse mackerel sashimi, beef shoulder steak, sautéed lamb shoulder, shrimp ajillo, and tonkatsu. Located on the second floor of Shinbori Guitar Building in Ebisu, the pub offers a convenient setting for exploring Japanese craft beer alongside a substantial meal.
