Today's New Tap

CraftBeerSpot Hathor’s featured new pour is Chocolate Brownie Stout from Ise Kadoya Beer x Dandelion. Presented as an imperial stout inspired by brownies, the beer uses cacao nibs from Maya Mountain, Belize. The description highlights strawberry- and cheesecake-like notes, plus pear-like esters from the yeast.

The aroma and early flavor lean sweet, but roast-malt coffee-like bitterness and cacao-derived polyphenols keep the finish in check. The result is a stout that reads dessert-like without becoming heavy, with enough balance to invite another sip.

Recommended Beers

Among the recommendations is Tea Bitter Real Ale ver from Minoh Beer. It is a UK-style bitter built on the brewery’s “tea bitter” concept, this time with Earl Grey tea. Soft malt body, gentle bitterness, and bright bergamot aromatics give it a calm, food-friendly profile.

Also recommended is West Coast IPA from Green Flash, described as a classic benchmark for the style, combining pine, floral notes, and ripe citrus.

The Tap List

The day’s draft lineup also includes Yuyaboys IPL Jamboree SP Ver from Onidensetsu Beer, Yebisu from Sapporo Beer, Momoka to Kyoko no Duet Weizen from Repubrew, Kyoubashi Helles Suspended Sentence from T.Y. Harbor x Hathor, With Raspberries from Ushitora Brewery, Hop Nyaon 10th Fleet from Isekadoya Beer, Nekojima from Isekadoya Beer x Pomana Island, Sour IPA Strawberry & Raspberry from Isekadoya Beer, and Milk Stout Nitro Ver from Left Hand.
